Cookie Policy

We keep our cookie usage minimal. Here's exactly what we set and why.

Last updated: 23 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Pulspective uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform. We have deliberately kept our cookie footprint as small as possible. We use only what is strictly necessary to make the Service function.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and remember certain information across page loads or sessions.

2. Cookies We Use

We set one cookie: an authentication session cookie used by both members and managers. It is strictly necessary for the Service to function.

ProviderSupabasePurposeStores the authenticated session so members and managers remain logged in across page loadsSet onAll authenticated pages (/member/* and /manage/*)DurationSession (expires when the browser is closed, or after inactivity)TypeHttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax

Analytics and advertising cookies

We do not use any analytics, tracking, advertising, or third-party cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar service.

3. localStorage Usage

In addition to the cookie above, Supabase stores session token data in your browser's localStorage as part of its standard authentication flow. This data is used solely to maintain your login session and is cleared when you sign out.

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, or by signing out of the platform.

4. Do We Require Cookie Consent?

Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, and no cookies are set for analytics, advertising, or profiling, we do not display a cookie consent banner. This is consistent with the guidance issued by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and widely accepted practice in Singapore.

5. How to Manage or Delete Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling the authentication cookie will prevent you from staying signed in. Below are links to cookie management guides for common browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions

6. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce new cookies (for example, analytics tools added in a future version), we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required, implement a consent mechanism before setting those cookies.
